Welcome to our website. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Order Acceptance

  • Placing an Order: When you place an order on our website, it represents an offer to purchase the goods.

  • Order Acknowledgment: We will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order. Please note this email is an acknowledgment and does not mean your order has been accepted.

  • Contract Formation: Acceptance of your order and the formation of a legally binding contract takes place only when we dispatch your goods and send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason (such as stock unavailability or pricing errors).

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices: All prices are displayed in GBP (£). Prices exclude delivery costs, which will be calculated and added at checkout.

  • VAT: Prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).

  • Pricing Errors: While we try to ensure all prices are accurate, errors can happen. If we discover an error in the price of a product you ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel the order. If we cannot reach you, the order will be treated as cancelled.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay. Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched.

4. Delivery and International Shipping

  • Delivery Dates: Any delivery dates or timescales provided are estimates only. We make every effort to deliver your goods within 5-7 working days of order acceptance. this will vary dependent on stock levels and for bespoke orders please expect 4-6 weeks dependent on size and complexity. . we will communicate any delays with you via email.

  • Risk and Ownership: The goods become your responsibility from the time they are delivered to the address you gave us. You own the goods once we have received payment in full.

  • International Orders: If you order products for delivery outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees once the package reaches its destination. You are entirely responsible for paying these extra charges. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

5. Right to Cancel and Returns (UK Consumer Rights)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • Cancellation Period: The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) physically take possession of the goods.

  • How to Cancel: To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., an email to info@astralthreads.co.uk).

  • Exemptions: The right to cancel does not apply to:

    • Goods made to your unique specifications or clearly customized/personalized items.

    • Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly.

    • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery.

  • Returning the Goods: You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your cancellation. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

  • Refunds: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of our standard delivery. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for any loss in value of the goods if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods back, or receiving proof of return.

6. Faulty Goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

We are under a legal duty to supply goods that conform with this contract. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.

  • If your goods are faulty or misdescribed, you are entitled to a full refund if requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • After 30 days, you are generally entitled to a repair or replacement, or a partial refund if a repair/replacement isn't possible.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, design layouts, and brand names, is the property of astral threads or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be legally excluded or limited under English law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any business losses (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, or anticipated savings) or any indirect losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was formed.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of the UK shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute.
